I bring a unique combination of academic excellence and professional expertise, specializing in incubating and accelerating startups in high-tech and innovation domains, particularly within universities and research centers. As a Consultant at YEZ and an angel fund manager, I have successfully guided academic-based startups, transforming entrepreneurial visions into tangible realities.

With a Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior and Marketing, as well as advanced degrees in Business Administration and Psychology, I have developed a deep understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of user experience and business dynamics.

My career spans over two decades of leadership and innovation, including:

• Assistant Professor at Industrial Design Department of Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands, where I taught and mentored students in business and design thinking.
• Scientific Engineer at Philips Research East Asia, spearheading advancements in new technologies.
• Customer Research Manager at ING, where I implemented data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

In addition to these roles, my family owns a publicly listed international electronics company that supplies industry leaders such as TSMC, ASML, Siemens, and Toyota. Leveraging my extensive professional network, I provide invaluable resources and opportunities for high-tech startups and innovation-driven teams.
